Isa 61:1 The Spirit of the Master יהוה is upon Me, because יהוה has anointed Me to bring good news to the meek. He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound, (Lk.4:18)
We are a ministry of the end-times, and the Spirit of Elohim has shown us a way of setting the captives free. In order for the people to be granted freedom, there must be an appeal before Yahuah on their behalf.
The Spiritual Writ of Habeas Corpus is the process by which we obtain our freedom. Elohim has allowed us to use the legal (or natural) Writ of Habeas Corpus to help us understand our spiritual release from captivity. Our captivity came as a result of the curses of disobedience to the Law. We, as well as our parents before us, were placed in captivity. The only true way out of captivity is to have a spiritual hearing of intercession before the Almighty Elohim through His chosen intercessors. Intercessors are those who have endured trials and overcome.
We have life through belief, but now here is our abundant life through our belief in the Messiah Yahushuah. Life and the good life, with health and wealth and abundance of peace and tranquility are awarded us through the Messiah. Job had life, but his 'good life'--all his possessions--was taken away from him. Job cried out for a hearing before Elohim while he was going through his trials. (Job. 31:35)
Habeas Corpus is a Latin term that means 'you should have the body.' Unlawfully holding a person in prison is a violation of his human right. When a prisoner believes he is being held unlawfully, he petitions the court for a hearing. The court then orders a Writ of Habeas Corpus. The Writ of Habeas Corpus is the written court order to allow the prisoner to come before the court and plead his case.
The most common present-day usage of the writ is to appeal, in law, for a hearing by a superior court to consider correcting or reversing the judgment of an inferior court, because of errors allegedly committed by the inferior court. (The Columbia Electronic Ency)
We use the natural Writ of Habeas Corpus as a guide. It simplifies a principle of the spiritual realm. Spiritually, we receive a written order of freedom from captivity.
The Set-Apart Spirit led Ruth Dunn, after being inspired by a dream, to go through the Habeas Corpus for her freedom. She was led through the spiritual application for a Writ, understanding that Yahuah is the Judge, Yahushuah is the Attorney or Advocate, the Messengers of Elohim are the assistant attorneys, and the the devil is the prosecutor or adversary (Job 31:35kjv). The Respondent, the Adversary, makes accusations in the court to keep a person from receiving his relief.
This is the Year of Release!
This is the year for all the captives of Yahuah to be set free!
We proclaim this year because we were set free.
We sinned and were taken captive, placed behind prison bars. Even though we cannot see the bars, the situations and conditions of our lives tell us where we are. The bars are there when we are poor, when we are blind, when we are sick, when we are bound with depression or oppressions in many forms, and when death is before us. It is written in the Book of Ezra that when one does not do the laws of Torah, he is punished with captivity (Ezra 6:26).
Ezra 7:26 -- "And whoever does not do the law of your Elah and the law of the sovereign, let judgment be promptly executed on him, whether it be death, or banishment, or confiscation of goods, or imprisonment."
The punishment that comes to us when we sin and do not repent are in these four categories: Death, Banishment, Confiscation of Goods, and Imprisonment.
We are turned over to our enemies and are brought into captivity because we and our parents sinned. This captivity is spiritual prison.
The Good News: There is freedom, true freedom, only through belief in Yahushuah. He is Sovereign of the Yahudim, and it is Him alone who grants us freedom.
Yahushuah paid the price, but we must believe in Him, deny ourselves and follow Him to be made complete in Him. He was imprisoned, He had His goodsconfiscated, He was banished,and He died for all mankind, so we should not be punished but believe on Him.
We must admit that we sinned and transgressed the laws of Elohim. Because of our transgressions, we were accused and placed in captivity, a principle of Elohim from the beginning of time. Therefore, if we were placed in prison because of transgressions, then at some point in our life we were sentenced and a judgment was issued. Spiritually, this would have been by a lower court. We sinned, the Adversary accused, and the judgment was made. We and our forefathers have sinned against Yahuah, and from generation to generation captivity continued.
NOW, we want our freedom back--the restoration of our goods--our wealth and our health. We have an inheritance in the Kingdom Reign of Yahuah Elohim, and now Yahuah has shown us a way to receive restoration.
Job was punished through loss of all his possessions and his health. He made his case before Elohim, and Yahuah responded (ch. 38-40). Yahuah released Job and restored to him all that he lost and more. Yahuah restored to Job twice what he lost. Job's prayers were accepted by Yahuah, and Job then became an intercessor before Yahuah to pray for others. As Job was released, so was Ruth; and now in these last days, she is one of a few chosen to intercede for others who wish to be released from captivity/bondage and be restored to Yahuah with favor. In order to be release, one must have belief in Yahushuah.Yahushuah, our defense, has already paid the price for our release and has wiped away our debt through His impalement.
We must now appeal to a Superior Court. The Highest Court is that from above, the Court above all courts, the Heavenly Court. We make our appeal to this Heavenly Court. We are the intercessors to go before Elohim on your behalf. We will go before Yahushuah on behalf of the petitioner so that your guilty plea be turned into 'not guilty' and your health and prosperous life are restored.
THE SPIRITUAL WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS
THE APPLICATION: The application for a Spiritual Writ of Habeas Corpus is adapted from a legal Writ application for a state in the U.S. The Set-Apart Spirit led us in adjusting the form to reflect spiritual matters. The forms and application process are simply for our understanding. They help us to walk through the steps of pleading before the Almighty Elohim to request a hearing and seek our release. The application, or petition, requests intercessions to be made on your behalf TO BRING YOU OUT OF SPIRITUAL PRISON. The application shows the court that you believe that Yahushuah has taken your transgressions according to YeshaYahu/Isaiah 53. Then, you put it in writing that yes, you indeed did sin. You pleaded guilty, but now with new evidence (finding the name of the True Messiah) and understanding, you want to change your plea to 'Not Guilty.' Before we came to the true knowledge of Yahushuah, the True Messiah of Israel who died for us, we were guilty of idolatry with no defense, even though Yahushuah still died. Lack of knowledge causes many to suffer and die. All the trials and problems we experience in life are punishments of the prison, but now we submit an application for relief.
YAHUSHUAH IS OUR DEFENSE: We, the petitioners, were being unlawfully held by the Adversary in prison/captivity. Yahushuah took our punishment--capital punishment, the death sentence. He was found innocent, but we were guilty. Pilate declared that Yahushuah was an innocent man, yet they impaled Him. Now, because of our belief in the Messiah Yahushuah, we make our petition that we should no longer be held prisoner. Our sentence has expired because we believe that Yahushuah took our punishment for us. We petition (appeal) for a hearing to show just cause: that we are no longer guilty of crimes or transgressions of the Torah. We made a Prayer for Relief to be set free.
INTERCESSIONS MADE FOR ALL PETITIONERS: The Congregation at Family of Messiah Fellowship submitted their Spiritual Writ of Habeas Corpus Application. The intercessors, Ruth and Michael Dunn, prayed with supplications before Yahuah on behalf of everyone, with individual prayers for each applicant. Each applicant had to meet basic criteria in order for the application to be accepted: First, admit our guilt; Second, admit our belief in Yahushuah and understandthat He took our punishments.
YAHUAH ANSWERS PETITIONERS:It is very significant when we put our belief in writing and have intercessions made on our behalf in heaven and on earth. After everyone submitted his application and intercessory prayers were made, each person received an individualWord of Freedom from Yahuah. Yahuah also gave Ruth a written Order of Release for all who believe in Him and submit an application for a Spiritual Writ of Habeas Corpus. After the Word of Yah, we were set free, and we knew it through the Spirit. Yahuah gave us confirmation of the release through dreams. Yahuah has answered! Matt. 18:19 -- “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning any matter that they ask, it shall be done for them by My Father in the heavens."
IMPORTANCE OF AN INTERCESSOR: Similar to our court system today, you can represent yourself or obtain counsel. In the spiritual court, it is best to be represented by a chosen intercessor who has been born of Elohim and is an overcomer as well as a spiritual warrior. If Yahuah has prepared you for intercessory work, then not only can you represent yourself but you can represent others as well. You must have perfected belief and the anointing of the Set-Apart Spirit to guide you in order to truly represent yourself. Yahuah has provided an intercessor who comes in the Name of Yahushuah.

"I, Ruth Dunn, the petitioner and intercessor through the Messiah Yahushuah, pray in this order for the release of myself and all my companions. My request is for the Highest court of the universe to grant my petition and the petitions of my friends to bring about our complete relief from captivity. We are entitled to be free and have protection from all oppressions of the devil and the powers of darkness. We have been given our freedom and life through our belief in the Messiah Yahushuah, but still we have been oppressed by the enemy through poverty (hard working), sicknesses, and struggles. We are requesting our complete freedom from the powers of darkness which has already been given to us.
Because of our belief in Yahushuah, we take authority over all the powers of darkness who have the believers in spiritual bondage. Let a release be made for all believers of Yahushuah because Yahuah has released me (Ruth) the intercessor. I request favor and the restoration of all goods for all the believers in Yahuah and His Son Yahushuah."

"This is an order of release from captivity and relief from all bondages of Satan. I now say to Satan, Give back the locks of all those who accept the true Messiah Yahushuah who was impaled for the sins of the world. Yahushuah has taken their punishments and has given them light, because they have eaten His Bread and drank His Wine [blood], taking part in the Renewed Covenant. They have received their freedom. All believers who had the immersion into the names of the Father Yahuah, the Son Yahushuah, and the Set-Apart Spirit Yahushuah, and have received the Commemoration of Yahushuah have been, according to the written word, redeemed, and their sins forgiven. Open the gates of darkness and let all the prisoners of Yahuah come out. This command is from Yahuah that this is the year of release and the captives must now be set free. You are all set free who believe on the Name of Yahushuah."

You are free from darkness! Never again shall you walk in darkness. Follow the Light and walk in the Light--Yahushuah is the Light in the heavens, and He is the Light that has come to the earth.
Addressing the Court:
Let now the restoration of good things come to the believers. Through Yahushuah I declare now that HaSatan’s hands be removed and never to return. I declare now in Yahushuah’s Name that life be restored to all believers and death to cease. I declare now in Yahushuah’s Name that we be no longer banished from the commonwealth of Israel, and we enter the City of the heavenly Yerushalayim. I declare now in Yahushuah’s Name that all prison doors come open and the believers are set free, never again to be taken captive. I declare now in Yahushuah’s Name, all goods that the enemy has stolen from all the set-apart ones be returned all the way back to 10 generations ago, because the sins of our fathers have also been forgiven!
Let now the joy of deliverance be upon all believers in the Name of Yahushuah lacking nothing! Let goodness cover all their homes and peace be upon them.
Heavenly realm addressed:
In Yahushuah’s Name, let a myriad of Messengers surround and protect every believer who has come out of prison. Let the Messengers keep them free from all harm and dangers.
Blessing the Petitioners:
The blessings of Yahuah to guard all believers, the blessings of Yahuah to let His face now shine upon His Light that is on you, bringing to you His great favor! The blessings of Yahuah be upon you to give you total freedom and peace.

To obtain your freedom, Yahuah must rebuke the devil out of your life (Zec.3:1-2) and pull you up from the pit (prison); thus setting you free from the appointment of death (Ps.102:20). YAHUSHUAH HAS COME THAT YOU HAVE LIFE AND LIFE BEYOND MEASURE! Because you believe in Yahushuah the True Messiah of Israel you shall live and declare His esteem! Yoh/John 10:10 -- “The thief does not come except to steal, and to slaughter, and to destroy. I have come that they might possess life, and that they might possess it beyond measure." Because freedom has been granted to this assembly of set-apart ones, freedom is being extended to all believers around the world. YAHUAH is setting the captives free!

Remember This: The application for the Spiritual Writ of Habeas Corpus is an act of your belief. If you do not believe that Yahushuah took your punishments and that you have a right to freedom, then your life will continue the same. If you do nothing to show belief in Him, then you will not receive the abundant material blessings in the days of struggle that are coming. This freedom is for your life and life beyond measure. Freedom to receive blessings of health and wealth and joy and peace. Complete favor will be restored to your life because of your belief! This is the Good News of Yahushuah HaMashiach.
