This Chanukah festival, we crown YAHUSHUAH as Sovereign. This is the time of His Coronation over Yisrael! Praise YAH!
During the time of the Second Mikdash (set-apart place) in Yerushalayim, about the 2nd century BCE, the Greeks had taken over the land of Israel and imposed their laws and beliefs on the Yahudim. The Greeks outlawed Shabbat and Torah observance and tried to turn the Yahudim into disobedient pagans. The Yahudim rebelled, and YAH gave them deliverance from their oppressors. They repaired the Set-apart Place and restored True worship of the Most High El. They drove the Greeks from the land, and Israel was once again an independent nation with YAHUAH as Sovereign.
This Chanukah, we must proclaim YAHUSHUAH as Sovereign! In our spiritual journey, we came to the Truth of YAHUAH and defeated the enemy out of our lives. Through endurance, belief, and obedience, YAHUAH has given us deliverance from the adversary's oppression in our lives. Now that we are set free, we proclaim YAHUSHUAH as Sovereign! We are the restored dwelling place, and the Presence of YAH returns!
In our personal life, we must learn to see YAHUSHUAH as King. He is the Ruler of our lives. He tells us what to do, and we must humbly obey Him. We must praise Him! We must exalt Him! We must rejoice for our Sovereign has returned to His place of rest! Praise our Sovereign until it is steadfast within our being, the knowledge and understanding that we have a King who rules over us! And He is a Good, Trustworthy, and Compassionate Sovereign indeed! He cares for us and will never let us down. He will never leave us nor forsake us. Our Sovereign, our Shepherd, Ruler of our lives, YAHUSHUAH is He. Praise YAH!
A CHANUKAH SONG
יהושׁה(Yahushuah) My Shepherd and My Sovereign
I hear My Shepherd’s voice, I know His voice, I know His call,
For He is my Shepherd, the Shepherd above all.
My Shepherd’s voice is sweet,
For His love runs deep!
There is no lack of anything,
For the Shepherd of Yah protects His own,
While death loses its sting!
HalleluYAH to the Great Shepherd, for awesome is He,
And nothing stirs him, not even a bee!
My Shepherd, the greatest of all shepherds, is Yahushuah my Messiah,
The One who pulled us out of the fire and took us higher!
The Sovereign above all kings, and mightier than the mighty and greater than the
great, for He gives us all things!
The Master of all worlds set His people free from Egypt and brought them into the wilderness. There He fed them and quenched their thirst, as He comforted them upon His chest.
The Great and awesome Elohim drew nigh as He brought them to Mt. Sinai.
From there He gave them His laws, that they should obey and have no flaws!
But His people rebelled and made themselves a golden calf!
Moses called for those with him to come over while the Lewites killed the rebellious, as one separates wheat from the chaff.
Great is His compassion and mighty are His deeds,
For Yahuah has sent us His Seed.
The Seed of Avraham is He, the Son of the Living Elohim,
The One whose faith is great as can be!
From the lineage of David and Shelomoh is the Sovereign Yahushuah Messiah of Israel,
Sent from above to redeem us all, and causes us to hear His call!
If He is your Shepherd and your Sovereign, you will hear His voice and rejoice!
For you are the sheep of the Most High King over all kings, the Sovereign who reigns who has brought His set-apart ones into His royal courts and given us the royal rings!
Sovereign Messiah Yahushuah, the one sent by Elohim has placed His seal upon His sheep, His own sheep, the ones who hear and answer His call, for His love runs deep!

Leaders: As Yehoshuah gave the people rest when they entered the Promised Land, so has the Sovereign Messiah יהושׁהgiven you rest all around because you believe in Him. It is יהושׁה who is seated on the Throne of Israel! The Royal Covenant belongs to you if you truly believe and agree to walk in His commands.
Through the Royal Covenant, we observe Torah but with a changed nature, a righteous nature awarded us through the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) through our belief in the Messiah Yahushuah. We have been grafted into Israel and have received the Renewed Covenant, the Brit Chadashah. It is through יהושׁהthat the House of Israel and the House of Yahudah are reunited.
The Royal Covenant
