SHABBAT SHALOM!
May the Blessing of YAHUAH be upon you this festival of Sukkot! HalleluYAH! This is truly the season of our rejoicing! YAHUAH has truly been with us this Sukkot. He has blessed us with times of joy and times of feasting and times of deliverance. YAHUAH Reigns! YAHUAH has Reigned! YAHUAH shall forever Reign!
This Shabbat is another double blessing--it's the Sabbath and it's also the 8th Day of Assembly (Shmini Atzeret/ Debarim 23:36-38). The Order of Service for this day is at the end of the Sukkot prayer guide. We give YAH thanks for His festival days. The offering of praise that goes up to the Most High everyday of this Festival is pleasing to YAHUAH. For it is our duty to praise the Master of all!
We had our big celebration this week and we all had a wonderful time. Many people were planning on joining us from out of town but were unable to make it. We pray that everyone who desires to come will be able to make it for the Festival of Dedication. Usually our Chanukah celebration is small and focused more on observance in the home with families. However, this year, we know YAH is doing mighty things with His people. His great works are always cause for joy and celebration! So, if you were unable to make it for Sukkot, begin making plans for Chanukah. Chanukah begins the night of 12/11/09 and continues for 8 days/nights until 12/19/09.
May you have a wonderful Shabbat and be blessed greatly in this Festival season.
