SABBATH READINGS 11/21/09

SHABBAT SHALOM!
Blessings of strength and peace to you!
This week, we observed Rosh Chodesh, the new moon. In the assembly, YAHUAH brought forth many strong words charging us to examine our ways and to not take Him lightly. We cannot fall into daily routines that put His ways and His agenda far down--or even second--on our priority list. We had a powerful prayer, and YAH brought forth His word. We were not recording at the time, so we can only give the main points of His word to His people:
>> "I AM WITH YOU" -- YAHUAH is always with us, He will not leave us, He is our Sovereign.
>> "DELIGHT IN ME" -- He said that we still have joys on this earth that delight our flesh. We must take delight in YAHUAH. He is our joy. When we delight in Him, He will give us joy unspeakable.
>> "MY WILL FOR YOU IS GOOD" -- It is not our will but the will of our Father YAH. We must accept His will for our life and know that it is good. He created us, therefore He knows what we need. Accept His will for our lives, not our own.
>> "I HAVE BLESSINGS IN STORE FOR YOU" -- YAHUAH has many blessings ready for us, not just the blessings that we speak on the New Moon, but much, much more.
>> "I DELIGHT IN YOU, DELIGHT IN ME."
>> "I AM YAHUAH SPEAKING TO YOU FROM THE SET-APART PLACE."

CHANUKAH--DEDICATION
In the ninth month, we have the Festival of Dedication--Chanukah. Chanukah means 'dedication,' and that is what YAH has been teaching us about lately. We must be completely dedicated to YAH. We must begin to show ourselves as dedicated, trustworthy servants of the Most High.
In order to be truly dedicated to YAHUAH, we must KNOW HIM! There is a true and deep knowing that goes far beyond simply knowing His Name. We must know who Elohim is! How do we know the Father? Through His Son YAHUSHUAH!
"[YAHUSHUAH] said to him, 'I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father too. From now on you know Him, and have seen.'" (Yoh 14:6-7)
To be dedicated servants of YAHUAH, we must know the Son YAHUSHUAH. Belief in Messiah must be birthed deep within us by the Ruach HaKodesh. When belief is birthed in us, then we can truly know and understand who He is, and understand what it means to have YAH as Sovereign, as Elohim, as Deliverer. Understand His Greatness and our BEING will exalt YAHUAH!
"And Miryam said, 'My being makes [YAHUAH] great, and my spirit has rejoiced in Elohim my Saviour.'" (Luk 1:46,47)
"I greatly rejoice in [YAHUAH] my being exults in my Elohim." (Yesh. 61:10)
"Bless [YAHUAH], O my being, And all that is within me, Bless His set-apart Name! " (Teh. 103:1)
"Bless [YAHUAH], O my being! O [YAHUAH] my Elohim, You have been very great: You have put on excellency and splendour" (Teh. 104:1)

Over the next 2-3 weeks, get to know Messiah YAHUSHUAH. Get to know our True Messiah, Savior and Deliverer of the world. Read and STUDY the Good News--the books of MattithYahu, Mark, Luke, & Yohanan. There are many of us who come from a christian background. We CANNOT simply insert the true Name and think everything else is the same. NOOOO! We must start all over again and learn of YAHUSHUAH.
From now until Chanukah, take time out everyday to read the words of Messiah. Meditate on His words. Learn from Him. Get to know Him as Sovereign. Read, study, and pray. SEEK HIM--until true belief is birthed within your spirit. You will know it when it happens. Your being will truly EXALT YAHUAH.

May YAHUAH our Elohim, give you direction as you seek Him. May He grant your being wisdom and understanding and the revelation of the Spirit to know Him. May you experience the complete revealing of His Son YAHUSHUAH, in His Most Set-Apart Name, YAHUSHUAH Hamashiach, so be it, so be it.
