SABBATH READINGS 3/13/10

Shabbat Shalom!
Many blessings of peace and prosperity to you in the Name of YAHUSHUAH!
This Shabbat, we come to the third special Sabbath before Passover--Shabbat HaChodesh. This special Sabbath comes before the New Moon of the 1st month. This Sabbath reminds us of the very important Rosh Chodesh (New Moon/New month) approaching in the coming week. On 3/15 at sundown, we observe Rosh Chodesh. It will be the 1st month of the Hebrew, Scriptural year. The first month is the month of redemption, for in this month YAHUAH Elohim led His people out of Egypt and made them His own nation (Pesach/Passover). It is also the time that Messiah YAHUSHUAH died for our sins and was raised back to life to release us from the slavery of sin and death. He gave us new and everlasting life and all the blessings of the Brit Chadasha (Renewed Covenant).
This new month approaching us is our month of Freedom and Redemption. For us, this will be a continuation from the past few months. First, we entered the Renewed Covenant the right way with a new and correct understanding of the Word (Covenant) of YAHUAH. When we entered the Renewed Covenant, YAHUAH granted us life everlasting. Then, as we said in our previous email, YAHUAH has taught us about our spiritual freedom and the Spiritual Writ of Habeas Corpus. The Spiritual Writ of Habeas Corpus is simply a guide or parable to help us go through the intercession and pleadings asking YAHUAH to deliver us from captivity. YAHUSHUAH died and gave us life. In order to receive life beyond measure--prosperous life in all areas--we must plead before YAHUAH to release us from captivity. In the book of Iyob (Job), the adversary was not allowed to take Iyob's life--YAH had granted him life and the adversary could not take it away. However, all of Iyob's possessions, his prosperous life, was taken away from him. All throughout the book, Iyob pleads his case before YAHUAH. In the end, YAHUAH makes His decision--His ruling--and restores all the possessions that were taken from Iyob. The Spiritual Writ of Habeas Corpus teaches us how to plead before YAHUAH so that the prosperous life that the adversary stole and withheld from us--health, wealth, joy, peace, favor, etc.--is restored!
In this first month of the year, we will celebrate our freedom in YAHUSHUAH. We are free from death and free from captivity! Read our Renewed Covenant page on our website to have a better understanding of what YAHUSHUAH did for us at Passover. In the next few days, we will add our new page about the Spiritual Writ of Habeas Corpus. After studying both of these lessons and going through the procedures, we will be prepared to observe the Passover.

BLESSINGS FOR THE NEW MONTH

Blessed are You, YAHUAH our Elohim, Sovereign of the universe, Who has kept us in life, reserved us, and enabled us to reach this time.
May it be Your will, YAHUAH our Elohim and the Elohim of our forefathers, that You inaugurate this month upon us for goodness and for blessing. May You give us long life—a life of peace, a life of goodness, a life of blessing, a life of sustenance, a life of physical health, a life in which there is fear of heaven and fear of sin, a life in which there is no shame nor humiliation, a life of wealth and respect, a life in which we have a love of Torah and fear of heaven, a life in which YAHUAH fulfills our heartfelt requests for the good. In the Name of YAHUSHUAH, So be it. Selah.
YAHUAH, He Who performed miracles for our forefathers and redeemed them from slavery to freedom, He Who sent His Son YAHUSHUAH to redeem us from the slavery of sin and death—may He gather in our dispersed from the four corners of the earth; all of Yisrael, becoming brothers. In the Name of YAHUSHUAH, so be it.
The new month, the FIRST month of the year, is on this third day of the Sabbath, which is upon us and all Yisra’el for goodness.
May YAHUAH, the Set-Apart One, blessed is He, renew it upon us and upon all His people, the Family of Yisra’el, for goodness and for blessing, for joy and for gladness, for deliverance and for comfort, for good sustenance and for support, for good life and for peace, for good report and for good news, for rains in their proper time, for complete recovery, and for early redemption. In the Set-Apart Name of YAHUSHUAH, so be it.
