"Ascribe to YAHUAH, O you sons of the mighty, Ascribe to YAHUAH esteem and strength. Ascribe to YAHUAH the esteem of His Name; Bow yourselves to YAHUAH in the splendour of set-apartness." (Teh/Ps. 29:1,2)
Shabbat Shalom Family!
Blessings of peace to you in the Name of our Sovereign YAHUSHUAH!
We give YAHUAH all the praise and esteem for He is great and His lovingkindness is everlasting!
Earlier this week, we completed the engagement to our Bridegroom YAHUSHUAH! HalleluYAH! Praise YAH! It truly was a blessed event led by His Spirit alone.
In the ceremony, we each received a piece of linen cloth to represent the head wrapping that YAHUSHUAH left behind in the empty tomb. It was His promise to return for His bride. Our cloth reminds us of His promise to be our Bridegroom. YAHUSHUAH promised that whatever we ask, He shall do (Yoh/Joh. 14:13-14). So each of us made a personal list of requests--things we desire our Bridegroom to do for us. This became our part of the Tena'im (agreement/Engagement Contract). On Shavuot, we received the Commandments, which is what the Bridegroom asks of us. Now, we say what we, the bride, ask of Him. This completes the agreement from both sides.
YAHUAH is an Elohim of order. He sets guidelines and procedures, and His Spirit guides us through them. He leads us to write and speak and perform certain tasks because that's what makes things complete and binding. Several times throughout Scripture, YAHUAH set procedures for His people to follow and caused them to speak or write things down to seal it and complete it. This Tena'im ceremony is no different. YAHUAH led us to complete the agreement, the engagement, that we began at Shavuot. Now the agreement is complete and legally binding.
When the engagement is complete, we are officially 'Husband and wife' -- but we must wait until the marriage before we dwell together. We are really looking forward to Sukkot because we know it will be an extraordinary Festival now that we have gone through the proper steps!
We have attached a Word from YAHUAH that we received last Shabbat. It was a word that gave us knowledge and encouragement, and prepared us for the Engagement Ceremony. Take the time to read it, print it, and read it again. Then, if you would like to complete the Engagement where you are, please contact us, and we will send you a DVD of the ceremony and a linen cloth. We must be prepared for the marriage or we will be caught without the proper wedding garments--
Mat 22:11-14 “And when the sovereign came in to view the guests, he saw there a man who had not put on a wedding garment, (12) and he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here not having a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless. (13) “Then the sovereign said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and throw him out into the outer darkness – there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ (14) “For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Shabbat Shalom, and May the blessings of YAHUAH be upon you and your household for wisdom, understanding, and knowledge of His Reign to complete all His will, in the Name of our Sovereign YAHUSHUAH, so be it.
